Shipping Information:

WE NO LONGER SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

Orders placed before 10am, Monday – Friday, will ship that same day. If your order is placed after 10am it will ship on the next business day, Monday – Friday, excluding all weekends and government holidays. Shipments can take up to 10 business days, depending on your local post office.

Depending on the time of order placement and the shipment destination, order shipping options include USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air & UPS Next Day Air. Shipments to a PO box cannot be completed via UPS. Tracking numbers will be sent via email when a tracking number is available. UPS NEXT DAY AIR does not deliver on Saturdays.

We ship only to USA addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, USA territories, and APO FPO address.

Our online shipping department is open from 9am to 3pm Monday – Friday and closed Saturday, Sunday, and all government holidays.

**We Reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.**

 

Notice to Our Online Customers:

Beginning October 1st, 2015, Texas law will require a signed statement by any prospective online customer in writing certifying their address and date of birth for all shipments of electronic cigarettes and E-Liquid.

Only individuals 21 years or older will be allowed to complete an online order for shipment. These requirements begin October 1, 2015 and are effective under penalty of law as of that date, as outlined in Texas State Law, Sec. 161.452 and Sec. 161.453 of S.B. No. 97.

For our customers, this simply requires written verification online at the time of order to include the customer’s date of birth and address, verifying they are over 18 years of age;

The customer (person who’s name is on the shipment) must be present at delivery of shipment and must be 18 years of age;

The person receiving the shipment must present legal identification for themselves, which must also match the name on the credit card used to make the initial purchase.

Warranty:

DFW Vapor warrants devices from manufacture defects for 60 days from date of purchase. Speakers, microphones and voice activated devices are not covered.

Receipt, original box,  and sleeve required for warranty claims.

Signs of physical damage or exposure to hazardous conditions including extreme temperatures, submersion in water or liquid, uncontrolled discharge due to shorting or improper use void any and all warranty claims for that device.  No warranty is provided for atomizers and replacement coils. Contact [email protected] ASAP to resolve any warranty claims.

Returns of serialized products must be sent back with the original box and packaging (including but not limited to items from Smok, Joyetech, Eleaf and Wismec). The warranty will be void without the products original packaging.

Updates to products original firmware will void the 60 day warranty.

 

Refunds:

Do to the nature of our products, refunds are not offered.
