Warranty

All Products offered from DFW Vapor are under warranty for failures due to manufacturing defect. If a product fails contact us ASAP to have a replacement sent out. If one is not available a substitution will be made.

Refunds

Do to the nature of the product, refunds are not offered.

Shipping information

Orders will ship VIA USPS, depending on time of order placement and where the item is shipping to, tracking numbers will sent via email when a tracking number is available. If you place your order before 3pm it will ship that same day. If your order is placed after 3pm then it will ship next business day. We now offer FEDEX service for an additional charge.
